As you can see from the photos below, I struggled immensely with losing weight. I tried every diet, exercised twice a day, injured myself in the gym from over-training, fell into depression, climbed out… only to fall back in again.

That’s when I decided I had to make a change—and I was determined to make it stick. Looking back now, it’s almost laughable how many things I tried to force the weight off.

So I started my personal training studies, quit smoking, and eventually drinking. I took a completely different approach: health first. I removed the pressure—because we women put so much on ourselves to excel in everything that we neglect our own bodies and wellbeing.

You’ve probably heard this a million times, but it’s true: you must look after yourself to look after others.

I’m a mom of two, a Comrades Marathon back-to-back finisher (2024 & 2025—back-to-back), gearing up for 2026 to run my best time yet, and a certified personal trainer and life coach who transformed my life by losing 20kg.

I’ve learned that fitness isn’t just about the body—it’s about grit, balance, and mindset.

My journey fuels my passion to help women, especially moms, achieve their dream bodies and unshakable confidence through tailored nutrition, structured workouts, and real coaching.
