Premium 8-Week Transformation

Recommended option: Drop 8–10kg

We start with a 60-min in-person , or Zoom/WhatsApp if online - kickoff. 3 x 60 min training sessions per week. 1 x 45min check in session a week to recap what works and what did not so we can readjust, custom workouts tailored to your needs. Custom made meal plan for yourself and your family (no extra meal plans for the fam!). In depth shopping list for easy shopping and seamless prep. Extras like a habit journal, access to our NEW MaxPower Fitness mobile app to track and hold yourself accountable and for me to check your progress. Daily motivation and accountability.

(R400 per session): Personal Training at WaYa Fitness: Get tailored, high-energy sessions in a supportive environment, using premium equipment for strength building and weight loss!

Single Session: R400

10-Session Package: R3,500 (R350/session, save R500)

20-Session Package: R6,000 (R300/session, save R2,000) – includes bonus mindset coaching call

Personalized focus on weight loss, resistance training, and confidence-building

Sessions: 45–60 minutes (warm-up, main workout, cool-down)

Inclusions: Custom exercise plan, meal guidance, shopping lists, weekly WhatsApp check-ins for motivation and adjustments

One-on-Two Personal training

Single Session: R600 total (R300/person)

10-Session Package: R5,000 total (R250/person, save R1,000)

20-Session Package: R8,500 total (R212.50/person, save R3,500) – includes bonus joint progress review

Duo sessions with a partner for shared motivation and split costs
